Physical Storage: Physical photos are stored in a dedicated, locked, secure location with restricted access. No smoking, food, or unauthorized personnel are permitted in the storage area.

Digital Storage: Digitized photos are stored in encrypted, secure cloud storage with access controls. We use industry-standard encryption for data at rest and in transit.

Storage Duration: Physical photos are stored only during processing and are returned or destroyed per your service selection. Digital copies are retained according to our data retention policy (see Section 5).

3.3 No Sharing or Use

We do not share your photos with third parties except as strictly necessary to provide the service (e.g., cloud storage providers under contract). We do not use your photos for marketing, training, or any purpose other than providing the digitization service you requested.

• Digital copies will be permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days
• Physical photos will be returned or destroyed per your instructions
• Account information will be deleted except as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., transaction records)
