Frequently Asked Questions

How many photos can I send?

You can send up to 50 photos per batch. If you have more than 50 photos, you can send multiple batches.

How long does it take?

Processing typically takes 5-7 business days after we receive your photos. You'll receive email notifications at each step.

Can I get my photos back?

Yes! Choose "Scan & Return" when creating your order. We'll digitize your photos and mail them back to you. You can also choose "Scan & Destroy" if you prefer to keep only the digital copies.

What photo formats do you accept?

We accept standard photo prints (3x5, 4x6, 5x7, 8x10) and other common sizes. Albums, negatives, and fragile items may require special handling—contact us before sending.

How do I track my order?

Once you create an order, you'll receive tracking information via email. You can also check your order status in your dashboard.

What if my photos are damaged?

We handle all photos with care. If you're concerned about fragile or damaged photos, please contact us before sending. We recommend using our shipping materials option for extra protection.
