Common issues and solutions for BragBin services

Upload Issues

Upload Fails or Times Out

Possible causes:

  • • Slow or unstable internet connection
  • • Files too large (over 10MB each or 500MB total)
  • • Too many files (over 50 per batch)
  • • Browser compatibility issues

Solutions:

  • • Check your internet connection speed
  • • Compress large files before uploading
  • • Upload in smaller batches (25-30 files at a time)
  • • Try a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari)
  • • Clear browser cache and cookies
  • • Try uploading during off-peak hours

File Type Not Supported

Supported formats: JPEG, PNG, GIF, WebP

Solutions:

  • • Convert file to JPEG or PNG using image editing software
  • • Check file extension matches the actual format
  • • Ensure file is not corrupted (try opening in image viewer)
  • • Rename file with correct extension (.jpg, .png, etc.)

File Too Large Error

Limits: 10MB per file, 500MB per batch

Solutions:

  • • Compress image using image editing software
  • • Reduce resolution (300 DPI is usually sufficient)
  • • Convert to JPEG format (smaller than PNG)
  • • Split into multiple batches if total size exceeds 500MB

Upload Progress Stuck or Slow

Solutions:

  • • Wait a few minutes - large files take time to upload
  • • Check internet connection (try speed test)
  • • Close other browser tabs/applications using bandwidth
  • • Try uploading fewer files at once
  • • If stuck for more than 10 minutes, cancel and try again

Account Issues

Can't Log In

Solutions:

  • • Check that you're using the correct email address
  • • Use "Forgot Password" to reset your password
  • • Check for typos in email or password
  • • Clear browser cache and cookies
  • • Try logging in from a different browser or device
  • • Check if your account needs email verification

Email Verification Not Received

Solutions:

  • • Check spam/junk folder
  • • Wait a few minutes (emails can take 5-10 minutes)
  • • Check that email address is correct
  • • Use "Resend Verification Email" button
  • • Add noreply@bragbin.com to your contacts
  • • Check email filters or blocking settings

Password Reset Not Working

Solutions:

  • • Check spam/junk folder for reset email
  • • Use reset link within 1 hour (links expire)
  • • Request a new reset link if expired
  • • Ensure new password meets requirements (8+ characters)
  • • Clear browser cache before clicking reset link

Job Status Issues

Job Stuck in "Pending" Status

Normal processing time: 5-7 business days

If stuck longer:

  • • Check email for any notifications or requests
  • • Verify job was successfully uploaded (check file count)
  • • Contact support with job ID
  • • Check dashboard for any error messages

Job Status Shows "Failed"

Possible causes:

  • • File corruption or invalid format
  • • Processing error
  • • System issue

Solutions:

  • • Check email for detailed error message
  • • Re-upload files if needed
  • • Contact support with job ID and error details
  • • Verify files are valid images before re-uploading

Can't Download Completed Job

Solutions:

  • • Check that job status is "Completed"
  • • Try clicking download link again
  • • Download links expire after 7 days - request new link if needed
  • • Try different browser if download doesn't start
  • • Check browser download settings (not blocked)
  • • Contact support if download link is broken

Subscription Issues

Payment Failed

Solutions:

  • • Check that payment method is valid and not expired
  • • Verify billing address matches card
  • • Check card has sufficient funds
  • • Contact your bank if card is declined
  • • Try a different payment method
  • • Update payment method in subscription settings

Subscription Not Active

Solutions:

  • • Check subscription status in dashboard
  • • Verify payment was successful
  • • Check email for subscription confirmation
  • • Contact support if payment succeeded but subscription inactive

Can't Cancel Subscription

Solutions:

  • • Go to Dashboard → Subscription → Manage
  • • Click "Cancel Subscription" button
  • • Confirm cancellation
  • • Check email for cancellation confirmation
  • • Contact support if cancel button doesn't work
