BragBin offers flexible subscription plans to meet your photo digitization needs. All plans include unlimited digitization while your subscription is active.
Note: Subscription plans are currently in development. For now, BragBin operates on a per-batch pricing model ($79 per batch for mail-in service).

Managing Your Subscription
Upgrade or Downgrade Plan
- Go to Dashboard → Subscription
- Click "Change Plan" or "Upgrade"
- Select new plan
- Confirm changes
- Changes take effect immediately (prorated billing)
Update Payment Method
- Go to Dashboard → Subscription → Billing
- Click "Update Payment Method"
- Enter new card information
- Save changes
- New card will be used for future payments
View Subscription Status
Check your subscription details anytime:
- • Current plan and billing cycle
- • Next billing date
- • Payment method on file
- • Usage statistics (photos uploaded this month)
- • Billing history
Cancelling Your Subscription
How to Cancel
- Go to Dashboard → Subscription
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- Confirm cancellation
- Receive email confirmation
What Happens When You Cancel
- •Access continues: You keep access until the end of your billing period
- •No refunds: Cancellation is immediate, no refund for unused time
- •Data retention: Your photos remain accessible for 30 days after cancellation
- •Re-subscribe: You can reactivate anytime
Before cancelling: Download all your photos! After 30 days, photos may be deleted.
Common Questions
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and billing is prorated.
What if I exceed my monthly photo limit?
You can upgrade to a higher plan or wait until your next billing cycle. We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit.
Do you offer refunds?
We don't offer refunds for subscription fees. However, if you're not satisfied, contact support and we'll work with you.
Can I pause my subscription?
Currently, subscriptions cannot be paused. You can cancel and resubscribe when you're ready to continue.
