Option A: Use Your Own Packaging
- Package photos securely with bubble wrap
- Use a sturdy box (recommended: 12x12x6 inches or larger)
- Include padding to prevent shifting
- You pay outbound shipping costs
Option B: Pre-Paid Shipping Kit (+$10)
- We send you a pre-paid shipping box
- Includes bubble wrap and detailed instructions
- Just pack and drop off at USPS, FedEx, or UPS
- Outbound shipping included
Package Your Photos
Packaging Tips:
- Use bubble wrap or padding between photos to prevent damage
- Don't overfill the box—photos should not shift during shipping
- Use a sturdy box that can withstand shipping
- Seal the box securely with packing tape
Important: Include your order number or account email address inside the package so we can link it to your account.

For Scan & Return:
- Return address label (we'll use this to ship your photos back)
- Order confirmation or account email
For Scan & Destroy:
- Signed consent form (required—we cannot destroy without explicit written consent)
- Order confirmation or account email
⚠️ Destruction is permanent and irreversible. Please ensure you have backups before choosing this option.
