We are not responsible for damage or loss in transit. Our responsibility begins when your tracking shows the package has been received by us. We recommend:

Always use tracking for your shipment
Consider insurance for valuable or irreplaceable photos
Use appropriate packaging to protect your photos
Keep your tracking number until we confirm receipt

Step 1: Choose Your Preferred Carrier

Best for: Standard delivery, cost-effective options

Fastest: Priority Mail (1-3 business days)

🚚 FedEx

Best for: Fast delivery, reliable tracking

Fastest: FedEx 2Day (2 business days)

Best for: Ground shipping, business addresses

Fastest: UPS 2nd Day Air (2 business days)

Step 2: Choose Your Packaging

Small Box (Recommended for 20+ photos)

Use a small cardboard box (e.g., 8" x 6" x 4" or similar). This provides the best protection.

Instructions:

Place photos in a protective sleeve or between cardboard sheets
Fill empty space with bubble wrap or packing paper
Seal box securely with packing tape
Label clearly with our address and your order number

Padded Envelope + Cardboard Insert (For 1-20 photos)

Use a bubble mailer or padded envelope with cardboard inside for protection.

Instructions:

Cut cardboard to fit inside envelope (slightly smaller than envelope)
Place photos between two pieces of cardboard
Wrap in a protective sleeve or paper
Insert into padded envelope
Seal envelope securely
Label clearly with our address and your order number

We strongly discourage using a padded envelope without cardboard. Photos can easily bend, crease, or get damaged during shipping.

If you must use a padded envelope, you MUST add cardboard inside as described in Option B above.
