Consent Statements

By signing below, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Permanent Destruction: I understand that once my photos are destroyed, they cannot be recovered. Destruction is permanent and irreversible.
• Digital Copies Only: I understand that after destruction, I will only have access to digital copies of my photos. I have verified that my digital copies are satisfactory before requesting destruction.
• Legal Right: I have the legal right to authorize destruction of these photos. These photos belong to me or I have been authorized by the owner to destroy them.
• No Recovery: I understand that BragBin cannot recover destroyed photos under any circumstances, including but not limited to technical errors, accidents, or change of mind.
• Liability Release: I release BragBin from all liability related to the destruction of these photos, except as limited by the Terms of Service (liability cap at fees paid).
• Certificate of Destruction: I understand that I will receive a Certificate of Destruction after the destruction is complete, documenting the date, method, and operator.
